James Calvin Owens, affectionately known as Jay, has a deep passion for business. In 1979 he founded O Jay Fence Company, LLC. With dedication ,passion, and motivation he built the company into a successful business. He remained owner of the company for over 40 years making it a million dollar business over time. That company is now ran by his beloved son.
